INCREASE OBSERVABILITY - make vaccine status observable - the vaccinated should wear tokens, bracelets, stickers, pins (like those given to voters), or “DIGITAL BADGES” - such as frames or banners for one’s social media profile photo - consumers’ ability to observe others’ choices can increase rate of adoption
