Unfortunately, Dr. Makis is right again. Mr. Adams treatment protocol, as it looks now, won't work. It can't. What a stupid thing he did to stop the treatment protocol that Dr. Makis created for him. What was he thinking? I think I have an idea: the stronger the personality they have, the most they will be expecting fast results, and won't have patience for things to work out. I have seen the same kind of behavior in members of my own family, and others as well. I have also seen people giving up a really good treatment protocol after only three days, imagine that. Why? Because according to them, it's not working. Oh, my Goodness! I wonder if these people will ever learn. They feel so entitled and so full of themselves that they expect like instant results. Like cure me doctor immediately. If you can't, you failed. I have seen the same thing happening with my sister in law. Many of you, may remember her story: how she ended up with triple cancers after taking the famous booster shot. While I don't exactly know all the details regarding her treatment, I have a few information. One of the mistakes she did was not to do intravenous vitamin C. I was so shocked when I found out, that I had to ask her husband: but why? Why? His answer: because it's not working. She did it first time, and her cancer came back anyway. So their conclusion was that it's not worth spending the money on it. She indeed had breast cancer before the pandemic( stage 3), but she got well. . Than, the pandemic came and she takes the three damn shots! All of them in a single year: 2021. Then, the summer of 2023 comes, and they found out that the breast cancer is back but now it's terminal. And in a matter of months, she ends up with two more aggressive cancers, paralyzed, and a pulmonary embolism on top of it. And now she's dead. I still miss her, and wish she would have believed me.
We're making some headway with treatments for Cancer, and it appears there's a great deal of potential in treatments that Big Pharma will fight. That includes Vitamin C infusions.
Unfortunately, regulatory capture is a real thing.
So proof & adoption of unpatented & unpatentable treatment aids will require substantial evidence produced in all likelihood OUTSIDE N America & Britain, where Big Pharma will see such aids as a direct attack on their business model. The tool they wield to shut down even research into off-label drug use in Oncology is "Standard of Care", which has been endorsed & enforced rigidly by the medical establishment - in service of Big Pharma.
It CAN work
For those who read the preceding comment above with interest, Vitamin C infusions can indeed by used as an adjuvant therapy for cancer treatment. Not a primary treatment, but they may aid other therapies to work better. And not for all cancers.
Statistically, not often
I investigated Vitamin C infusions for treatment of ER+ Breast Cancer. There is some limited research on this. So far, it appears to indicate that Vit. C infusions CAN be effective for a very small percentage of such cancers: those with a KRAS mutation. Unfortunately, that obtains in a very small percentage - ~2-3% - of Breast Cancer cases, most of them Triple Negative Breast Cancer cases, not ER+ BC. KRAS mutations are found in a larger percentage of some other cancers (incl. ovarian, I believe) and you can obtain a test for KRAS mutations.
How's it work?
In terms of mechanism, Vit C infusions appear to work as an anti-inflammatory agent increasing stress on cancer cells. Add additional agents: with sufficient stress they die. If you can cause sufficient destruction of enough cancer cells quickly enough (itself a treatment) it appears this can strip camouflage from the cancer cells & enable your immune system to better 'see' them, and your immune system cells can then track them down & kill them everywhere else.
Regulatory impediments (Damn!)
In Canada (Ontario in my case) I've been unable to obtain a KRAS genetic test without MD prescription, and I've been unable to get MD support so far despite my willingness to pay for the test myself. Frustrating, but the odds this would help me are low: 2-3% isn't much. And without access to the test it seems such infusions would be an expensive waste of time & resources. <Sigh>

Your cancer may well be more susceptible to treatment, and your jurisdiction may be less restrictive & obstructive to your attempts to obtain what is, after all, a simple & inexpensive genetic test for KRAS mutation.
